【摘要】:Withintheframeoftheoverallengineeringstandardsforspacemissions,thisEuropeanStandardcontainsthebasicrules,principlesandrequirementstobeappliedtotheengineeringofthegroundsegmentandmissionoperations,whichformanintegralpartoftheoverallsystemimplementingaspacemission.ThisEuropeanStandardincludesdevelopmentofgroundsegment,operationspreparationactivities,missionplanningactivities,missionevaluationactivities,theconductofoperationsproper,andallpost-operationalactivities.Thegroundsegmentcomprisesthegroundsystems(i.e.allgroundfacilities,hardwareandsoftware)andalloperationalaspectssuchaspersonnelandrelateddatarepositoriesrequiredongroundtoperformmissionoperations.Forreasonsofrecognizedcommonality,groundsegmentwithinthemeaningofthisEuropeanStandardincludesthoseelementsandfacilitiesrequiredforthepurposeofimplementingthemissionandfulfillingthemissionsrequirementswhiletherelevantspacesegmentsarein-orbit.Itcoversgroundelementsusedforpurposesofassembly,integrationandverificationofthespacesegment,totheextentneededforgroundsegmentend-to-endverificationactivities.ItalsocoverselementsintegratedintothegroundsegmentaftercompletionofspacesegmentAIT;spacesegmentAITproperbeingconsideredoutsidethescopeofthisStandard.Itdoesnothowevercoverthespacecraftactivitiesandfacilitiesinterfacingthelaunchservicesegment.Furthermore,whilethisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoallclassesofmissionsitdoesnotconsideraspectsthatarespecifictomannedspacemissions.ThisEuropeanStandardisstructuredasfollows:—identificationofthegroundsystemsandoperationsdomain;—overviewofgroundsegmentengineeringprocessesinrelationtotheprojectlifecycle;—detaileddescriptionofspecificaspectsofthegroundsegmentelementsandengineeringtasks.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisEuropeanStandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluated,andmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthedynamicviscosityofamodifiedbituminousbinderoverarangeoftemperaturesbymeansofacoaxialviscometer.Althoughthemethodhasbeendevelopedformodifiedbinders,itisalsosuitableforotherbinders.NOTEUnlikepenetrationgradebitumen,polymermodifiedbitumens(PMBs)donotshowastraightlineontheHeukelom-Diagram.ThisimpliesthatinordertoobtaininformationaboutthetemperaturesusceptibilityofPMBs,viscosityshouldbemeasuredatdifferenttemperatures.WARNING—TheuseofthisEuropeanStandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisEuropeanStandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
