【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricclothesdryersfordryingtextilesonrackslocatedinawarmairflowandtoelectrictowelrails,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Theclothesracksmaybefixedorfree-standinginacabinet.Theaircirculationmaybenaturalorforced.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;-playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthoritiesNOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-tumbledryers(IEC60335-2-11);-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
