【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthenormalandhemisphericalemittanceofaspecularsurface.Thistestmethoddescribesthespectrometricmeasurementofthenear-normalspecularreflectanceinthemid-infraredrangefrom5toatleast25[mu]m.Itincludesthecalculationproceduresrequiredtodeterminethenormalandhemisphericalemittanceofsaidobject.Thistestmethodincludescalibrationinstructionsforthespectrometerandproceduresforselectingreflectance-referencestandards.Thistestmethodisgenerallysuitableforanyflat,specular-reflectingspecimen.Itisrecommendedformeasuringemittanceofarchitecturalglazingmaterialssuchasglass(coatedanduncoated),etc.Thistestmethodisnotsuitablefordeterminingtheemittanceofanobjectthatistransparentinthespecifiedrangeofinfraredradiation.Thistestmethodissuitablefordeterminingtheemittanceofanobjectbasedonblackbodyweightingataspecifiedtemperature(typically23?C(73?F)),aswouldbeneededtodeterminethethermalperformance(U-Value/SC/SHGC)ofawindowassembly.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
