【摘要】:Warning:Thisguidedoesnotidentifyspecifictechnologyforspecificapplications.Itattemptstoidentifypointsofexperiencewhichwillenabletheplanner(s)tomakeinformedselections.Thisguideshouldbeusedearlyintheplanningstagesofaprojectsothatthepropersecurityscopeisestablishedatthesametimethatthefacilitymissionisestablished.Theproliferationofsecuritytechnologieshasbecomesogreatthatevaluationandselectionhasbecomedifficult.Thisguideshowstheplanner(s)thestepsrequiredtoestablishthenecessaryandsufficientrequirementsfortheapplication,andfromthose,howtoevaluatethepossibletechnologiesforconformancetothoserequirements.Usingthisguide,theplanner(s)shouldbeabletoproduceamorecompleteandaccuratespecificationthatmeetstheoperationalgoalsofthefacility.1.1Thisguidecoverstheidentificationofissuesanddecisionsthatneedtobeaddressedtomeettheobjectiveofspecifyinganoperationalsecuritycontrolsystemforadetentionfacility.1.2AppendixX1containsadditionalsourcesofinformationthatmaybeusefultotheuserofthisguide.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255isbasedontheconceptsdescribedinIEC61000-4-16,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforpowerfrequencyimmunitytestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.Theobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheequipmentundertest(EUT)willoperatecorrectlywhenenergisedandsubjectedtoshortduration,conducted,commonanddifferentialmodepowerfrequencydisturbancesappliedtoDCstatusinputs,attheratedfrequencyoftheEUT,forexample50/3Hz,50Hzand60Hz.Thetestingofpilotwireschemesbetweensubstationsisnotcoveredbythisstandard.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanewconditionandalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.Theobjectofthisstandardistostate:-definitionsoftermsused;-testseveritylevels;-testequipment;-testset-up;-testprocedures;-criteriaforacceptance;-testreport.
