【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodologyforthedeterminationoftheleachingbehaviourofwasteunderspecifiedconditions(i.e.foraspecifiedscenarioincludingaspecifiedtimeframe)inordertoprovideasolutiontoadefinedproblem.Thisappliestodisposalandrecoveryscenarios.NOTE1RecoveryisthetermdefinedintheEuropeanWasteActs[1,3].Itincludesre-useandrecycling.Theterm"waste"includesallcategoriesofwaste,suchasmunicipalwaste,wastefromextractiveindustryetc.Theexternalconditionswhichhaveadirectinfluenceonthereleaseofconstituentsfromwasteareconsidered.Migrationofconstituentsleachedfromthedisposalortherecoverysiteintothesurroundingenvironmentisnotconsidered.Alsotheassessmentoftoxicitytohumansorecologicalimpactsonfloraandfaunaasasecondaryeffectafterreleaseofconstituentsfromthewasteisnotconsidered.NOTE2Presentknowledgeofhighlycomplexscenariosandwastesmaylimittheabilitytoprovideaclearsolutiontoadefinedproblem.Anexamplemaybethelandfillingofcomplexmixturesofwastesorthepredictionoftheacidgenerationbehaviourwastefromtheextractiveindustry.
