【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgeneralrequirementsfordrawingstockofaluminiumandaluminiumalloysdeliveredintheformofcoilswithaunitmassrangingbetween1tand4tandobtainedbycommonindustrialprocesses.Italsospecifiesthetechnicalconditionsforinspectionanddeliveryoftheseproducts.Itappliestodrawingstockintendedforthefollowingmainfieldsofapplication:?wiresforgeneralelectricalpurposes;?wiresforgeneralmechanicaluses;?wiresforbrazingandweldingandmetalspraying;?foodpackaging.ThespecificrequirementstodrawingstockfortheseapplicationsarespecifiedinEN1715-2,EN1715-3andEN1715-4.Itdoesnotapplytowireswhicharedrawn,butonlytodrawingstockwhichisproducedbyhot-working.NOTEThreemainmethodsexistforthemanufactureofdrawingstock:a)continuouslycastrod(CCR):?asectioniscastcontinuouslyinthegrooveofawheel,thegroovebeingclosedbyanendlessstrip;?thesolidandstillhotsectionisrolledinamultistandrollingmilltotherequireddiameter;?thedrawingstockrodthusproducediswoundcontinuouslytoformcoilsupto4tinmass;b)hotrolledrod(HRR):?awirebarofdiameterapproximately100mmto150mmisheatedandrolledtotherequireddiameter;?thecoils,weighinguptoapproximately100kgarebuttweldedtogetherandwoundtoformcoilswithmassof1tto4t;c)hotextrudedrod(HER):?coilsupto100kgcanbeproducedinasinglefibrewithoutbuttwelds(dependingonthesizeoftheextrusionpress);?coilsover100kgarenormallyproducedbyblockonblockextrusion,generating"Zweiwachs"-joints.Formechanicalapplications(i.efasteners)the"Zweiwachs"areashouldbemarked.
