【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardidentifieshazardsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsapplicabletosewingmachines,sewingunitsandsewingsystemsdesignedforprofessional(industrial,commercialorlaboratory)useinindustriesincludingtheclothingandfootwear,leathergoods,shirtsandblousery,hosieryandknitwear,lingerie,glove,upholsteryandpackagingindustries,andinshoerepair.TheinformationonuseandmaintenanceofsuchmachinesinotherindustriescouldgiverisetohazardsnotconsideredinthisInternationalStandard.TherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardareapplicabletomachineryinstalledindryandwell-kept,cleanlocationsandprocessingdrysewingmaterial.Wherethesewingmachines,sewingunitsorsewingsystemsareusedinotherthandryandwell-kept,cleanlocations,morestringentmeasurescouldbenecessary:forexample,thehigherdegreeofprotectionprovidedbyenclosures(IPcode—seeIEC60529).ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoassistthemanufacturertodesignmachinerysuchthattherisksarisingfromitsdefined,intendeduseandmaintenancearereducedoreliminated.Thesignificanthazardsandhazardoussituationsaregiventogetherwithareferencetothecorrespondingsafetyrequirementormeasurein4.2to4.8.Significanthazardsarethoseidentifiedandestimatedasrequiringactiontoreducetherisktheypose.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletosteppingframesewingmachines,shoebottomstitchingmachines,largeshuttleembroiderymachinesinaccordancewithISO11111,integratedsewingsystemswithininthescopeofISO11161orhouseholdsewingmachinesinaccordancewithIEC60335-2-28
