【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesrequirementsforautomaticweldingfilterswhichswitchtheirluminoustransmittancetoalowerpredeterminedvaluewhenaweldingarcisignited(referredtoasweldingfilterswithswitchablescalenumbers).Italsospecifiesrequirementsforautomaticweldingfilterswhichswitchtheirluminoustransmittancetoalowervalue,wherethelowervalueofluminoustransmittanceissetautomaticallyindependenceontheilluminancegeneratedbytheweldingarc(referredtoasweldingfilterswithautomaticscalenumbersetting).Therequirementsofthisstandardapplyifsuchafilteristobeusedforcontinuousviewingoftheweldingprocess,(includinggasweldingandcutting),andifitistobeusedonlyduringtheperiodwhenthearcisbeingignited.Thesefiltersareusedinwelders'eyeprotectorsorarefixedtoequipment.Iftheyaretobeusedinwelders'eyeprotectors,otherapplicablerequirementsforthesetypesoffiltersaregiveninEN166.Therequirementsfortheframes/mountingstowhichtheyareintendedtobefittedaregiveninEN175.GuidanceontheselectionanduseofthesefiltersisgiveninannexA.ThespecificationsforweldingfilterswithoutswitchableluminoustransmittancearegiveninEN169.
