【摘要】:Theoxyhalideschlorite,chlorate,andbromateareinorganicdisinfectionby-products(DBPs)ofconsiderablehealthriskconcernworldwide.Theoccurrenceofchloriteandchlorateisassociatedwiththeuseofchlorinedioxide,aswellashypochloritesolutionsusedfordrinkingwaterdisinfection.Theoccurrenceofbromateisassociatedwiththeuseofozonefordisinfection,whereinnaturallyoccurringbromideisoxidizedtobromate.Bromideisanaturallyoccurringprecursortotheformationofbromate.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheoxyhalides-chlorite,bromate,andchlorate,andbromide,inrawwater,finisheddrinkingwaterandbottled(non-carbonated)waterbychemicallysuppressedionchromatography.Therangestestedusingthismethodforeachanalytewereasfollows:Chlorite20to500g/LBromate5to30g/LBromide20to200g/LChlorate20to500g/LTheupperlimitsmaybeextendedbyappropriatesampledilutionorbytheuseofasmallerinjectionvolume.Otherionsofinterest,suchasfluoride,chloride,nitrite,nitrate,phosphate,andsulfatemayalsobedeterminedusingthismethod.However,analysisoftheseionsisnottheobjectofthistestmethod.1.2Itistheuser'sresponsibilitytoensurethevalidityofthesetestmethodsforwatersofuntestedmatrices.1.3ThistestmethodistechnicallyequivalentwithPartBofU.S.EPAMethod300.1,titled"TheDeterminationofInorganicAnionsinDrinkingWaterbyIonChromatography".1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwoproceduresforthedeterminationofthemeltmass-flowrate(MFR)andthemeltvolume-flowrate(MVR)ofthermoplasticmaterialsunderspecifiedconditionsoftemperatureandload.ProcedureAisamass-measurementmethod.ProcedureBisadisplacement-measurementmethod.Normally,thetestconditionsformeasurementofmeltflowratearespecifiedinthematerialstandardwithareferencetothisInternationalStandard.ThetestconditionsnormallyusedforthermoplasticsarelistedinAnnexesAandB.TheMVRwillbefoundparticularlyusefulwhencomparingmaterialsofdifferentfillercontentandwhencomparingfilledwithunfilledthermoplastics.TheMFRcanbedeterminedfromMVRmeasurementsprovidedthemeltdensityatthetesttemperatureandpressureisknown.Thesemethodsareinprinciplealsoapplicabletothermoplasticsforwhichtherheologicalbehaviourisaffectedduringthemeasurementbyphenomenasuchashydrolysis,condensationorcrosslinking,butonlyiftheeffectislimitedinextentandonlyiftherepeatabilityandreproducibilityarewithinanacceptablerange.Formaterialswhichshowsignificantlyaffectedrheologicalbehaviourduringtesting,thesemethodsarenotappropriate.Insuchcases,theuseoftheviscositynumberindilutesolution,determinedinaccordancewiththerelevantpartofISO1628,isrecommendedforcharacterizationpurposes.NOTETheratesofshearinthesemethodsaremuchsmallerthanthoseusedundernormalconditionsofprocessing,andthereforedataobtainedbythesemethodsforvariousthermoplasticsmaynotalwayscorrelatewiththeirbehaviourduringprocessing.Bothmethodsareusedprimarilyinqualitycontrol.
